Constant Contact Integration

Enabling this option will allow you to fetch your Constant Contact lists into individual form settings and then map selective fields to your Constant Contact list fields. Once a user has submitted the form with Constant Contact integration on, the data for the fields that have been mapped with a Constant Contact list will be sent to your Constant Contact account directly.

Checking this box will open two more options: Constant Contact List and Show opt-in checkbox.

Constant Contact List

Requires Constant Contact Integration option to be enabled

Select a Constant Contact List from the ones available in the dropdown. RegistrationMagic automatically populates this dropdown with your Constant Contact lists once your Constant Contact account is connected from Global Settings >> External Integration.

The Constant Contact List field is followed by multiple field names for the purpose of mapping with the selected Constant Contact list. These fields are…

  5. Company Name
  6. Job Title
  7. Work Phone
  8. Cell Phone
  9. Home Phone

It is required that your Constant Contact API Key is added from the Global Settings for Constant Contact Integration to work on individual forms.

Show opt-in checkbox

Requires Constant Contact Integration option to be enabled

Enabling this option will display a checkbox, allowing users to opt-in for subscription to the Constant Contact List selected from the Constant Contact List option. Enabling this option will also reveal two more options: Opt-in checkbox text and Default State.

Requires Constant Contact Integration option and Show opt-in checkbox to be enabled

Add the text here that will appear with the opt-in checkbox on the form on the front-end. The default text ‘Subscribe for emails’ is already available as placeholder reference.

Default State

Requires Constant Contact Integration option and Show opt-in checkbox to be enabled

Use this option to set the default state of the Opt-in checkbox that will appear on the form on the front-end, if Show opt-in checkbox is enabled. There are two options to select for this field…

  1. Checked: Select this to have the Opt-in check on the form to appear checked by default.
  2. Unchecked: Select this to have the Opt-in check on the form to appear unchecked by default.
